摘要: Abstract We describe an UV–vis study of Eriochrome Blue Black R and Fluorescein elimination by chemical transformation oligo/polymerization using the horseradish peroxidase enzyme (HRP) biomimetic hematin as catalysts in aqueous solution. Using HRP/H2O2 a decolorization 92.5% was achieved at highest dye concentration (150 mg/L). In case hematin/H2O2 system, solutions decreased with increase reaching only removal 30.2% tested. presence HRP very good 25 mg/L (near 85%) but to 35.7% increased 150 mg/L. On other hand, poorly active catalyst for elimination. The use instead has advantages from technological economical points view R. Hematin can be considered adequate alternative enzymatic based on peroxidases.
