摘要: Abstract During the last few years, chiral derivatizing agent 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosy isothiocyanate (TAGIT) has been shown to be valuable in separation of enantiomers a variety compounds by HPLC, The sale reagent its sole commercial supplier was recently discontinued, but unacetylated analog made available. chemical structure sample compound obtained from investigated using methane and ammonia ionization mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, comparison melting points, HPLC. By all these criteria “unacetylated” be, fact, acetylated analog, i.e., TAGIT. In view value TAGIT continued availability, confirmed supplier, is welcome.
