摘要: C–N-co-doped anatase TiO2 photocatalysts were successfully prepared by a sol–gel method and characterized Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method, X-ray diffraction, UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, photoelectron scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS). The separation efficiency of photogenerated charges was investigated using benzoquinone as scavenger. An obvious redshift the absorption edge observed owing to C N doping. Moreover, doping into increases content hydroxyl on photoinduced charge efficiency. photocatalytic activity evaluated decolorization methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution under simulated sun light visible irradiation. results show that activities are greatly improved co-doping, which can be further confirmed removal COD MO solution. In general, strong SPS response corresponds high rate carriers basis principle. Thus, it C–, N-TiO2 sample has higher than pure sample, 4 % shows highest
