摘要: Abstract PCR-DGGE analysis followed by sequencing of 16S rDNA was applied to reveal the succession and phylogenetic composition bacterial communities responsible for composting process rice straw (RS). RS under exhibited more complex DGGE band patterns with numerous bands diversification in intensity than initial materials. The materials were statistically divided into four groups, namely those characterizing associated pre-composting stage, thermophilic, middle, curing stages compost, which corresponded exactly same grouping obtained from PLFA pattern samples (Cahyani et al. 2002: Soil Sci.
