摘要: Manganese oxide nanoparticles (Mn3O4-NPs) were prepared using precipitation method. The characterized by a number of techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM) and Fourier transforms infra red (FT-IR) spectroscopy. XRD pattern showed that the structure Mn3O4-NPs was tetragonal hausmannite. average particle size, revealed TEM images, has been about 10-30 nm. antibacterial activities various concentrations against human pathogenic bacteria, mainly Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus have studied Broth Microdilution Method. assay in this work inhibited growth multiplication these tested microorganisms. results qualitative tests gram negative bacteria (E. coli) more sensitive to than positivebacteria(S. aureus).
