摘要: Abstract In 15 patients with acute myocardial infarction (group I) and in 14 undergoing routine cardiac catheterization II) output values obtained by multiplying the 1 minute sum of systolic integral aortic blood flow velocity average diameter root were compared thermodilution Fick methods, respectively. Patients group I studied under various hemodynamic conditions, whereas those II baseline state only. I, correlation between two methods was excellent (r ranged from 0.96 to 0.99) except one severely anemic patient whose Doppler signals noisy, but at heart rates exceeding 150 beats/min it not as good. II, r = a standard error estimate 0.226 liter. The method is totally noninvasive useful for monitoring changes infarction.
