摘要: Summary In Acipenseriformes, extant species can be categorized into three ploidy groups based on their genome size inferred from chromosome numbers and/or nuclear DNA content. However, is still inconclusive in some sturgeon species. Here, we reported of Acipenser mikadoi, Huso dauricus, other seven and one paddlefish quantified by content flow cytometry. We also measured artificially propagated progenies A. mikadoi H. dauricus, several hybrids using eggs the two hybrid bester. Nuclear was 8.2 pg thus this functional tetraploid or evolutionary octaploid like closely related A. medirostris. Although H. dauricus has been considered to diploid previous results, had 8.3 pg classified group which includes A. mikadoi. Among A. mikadoi, high frequencies triploid individuals (45%) a little portion (1.5%) were detected. The occurrence polyploid larvae detected All 1-year-old survivors (n = 3) triploid. spontaneous such genetic suggests that polyploidization event presumably occurs even at present may cause intraspecific variation Acipenseridae.
