摘要: The diagnosis and treatment of intracranial saccular giant aneurysms is still difficult despite developments in neuroradiology, neuroanesthesiology micro-neurosurgery. These are usually located on major arteries rarely distal branches these arteries. An extra-axial 4 x 5 cm mass lesion the left mediobasal temporal region was detected CT MRI examinations a 37 year old male patient who admitted to our institution with headache slight right-sided hemiparesis lasting for 2 months. avascular angiography. Surgery proved that totally thrombosed aneurysm P2 segment posterior cerebral artery (PCA). clipped proximal pterional-transsylvian approach excised. Giant rare 15 cases have been reported literature. This report presents seen discusses difficulties treatment.
