摘要: Alkylphosphonates Io were expected to be effective plant PDHc E1 inhibitors because they obtained by the chemical modification of sodium O-methyl acetylphosphonate as a hit compound, which is potent inhibitor. Therefore, it interesting examine inhibitory activity against E1. The biochemical mechanism was explored through method theoretical calculations and experiments. Several representative alkylphosphonates found powerful PDHc, but show no significant inhibition from pig heart. degree herbicidal these compounds positively correlated with their enzyme inhibition.
