摘要: The most recent trends in modern electricity markets include active transformation of demand response programs into so-called intelligent (IDR). This is mainly enabled by the presence and wider adoption advanced side management (DSM) tools, including various smart metering, sensing automation technologies. larger penetration IDR DSM systems entails higher flexibility, which creates a favorable environment for with high renewables. However, it not easy to assess measure real effect load flexibility context current market mechanisms. Specifically, contribution flexible consumers formation prices reflected fairly. main reasons this phenomena are related diversity DR unregistered population price responsive consumers. In paper, we propose new mechanism centralized pool that guarantees fair distribution benefits, proposed individual billing scheme. enables pre-define each consumer's achieve system objectives. efficacy developed day-ahead model extensively compared conventional schemes different levels loads' presence.
