摘要: Biodiversity information in available germplasm is very useful for the success of any breeding program. To establish genetic diversity among 44 genotypes chickpea comprising cultigen, landraces, internationally developed improved lines and wild relatives, distances were evaluated using 19 simple sequence repeat markers with 100 marker loci. Estimation number alleles per locus (n a), effective allele e), Wright fixation index F 6.25, 3.67, 0.44, respectively. Polymorphism content values ranged from 0.84 (locus NCPGR6 TA135) to 0.44 NCPGR7) an average 0.68. Dice’s coefficient similarity matrix studied varied 0.07 1.0 indicating a broader base studied. The highest similarity, 1.0, was observed between Sel 96TH11484 96TH11485; while, lowest, 0.07, 95TH1716 Azad. Based on UPGMA clustering method, all clustered eight groups, which indicated probable origin region landraces local Iran over other cultivars species. It also represents wide germplasm. Analysis molecular variance revealed that 41% total due differences groups while 59% within groups. results principal coordinate analysis approximately corresponded those obtained through cluster analysis. Genetic variation detected this study can be selective specific traits enhancing programs.
