摘要: Purpose - The purpose of the study is to investigate human resource management practices Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs hereafter) in Sierra Leone. In particular, author looks at relationship between SMEs performance including wages, employment sales. Methodology adopted triangulation method collecting analysing data. qualitative data was collected using 31 in-depth interviews quantitative 323 questionnaires. analysed Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Findings It found that there a significant positive HRM sales employment. This implies more engage formal practices, they observe higher generate Furthermore, showed no statistical with wages. addition, descriptive survey analysis pointed out almost all respondents did not have an department.
