摘要: The authors investigated the effects of pharmacological doses calcitriol (1,25(OH)2-vitamin D3) and trifluoperazine on metabolic hormonal indicators glycoregulation in course intravenous glucose tolerance test (IVGTT) healthy subjects. Calcitriol administered by oral route for four days, 3 micrograms/d, did not alter blood sugar plasma IRI levels at rest nor stimulated values throughout IVGTT. slight increase assimilation coefficient was significant, as compared with control (Kg = (3.9 +/- 0.5) x 10(-2) [min-1] vs. Kg (3.4 0.3) [min-1], respectively). C-peptide after were slightly higher, significantly during 14th minute following administration (p less than 0.05), while two-peak shape curve preserved. Trifluoperazine seven 10 mg/d, affect sugar, induced IVGTT (3.0 0.4) test). In conclusion, neither treatment leads to clinically significant alteration glycoregulation.
