摘要: Commercial poultry production is associated with various stresses decreasing productive and reproductive performance of layers. A growing body evidence indicates that most in at the cellular level are oxidative stress due to excess free radical or inadequate antioxidant protection. Recently, a concept defence has been revised special attention paid cell signalling. Antioxidant systems living based on three major levels include several options vitagene activation conditions considered as fundamental adaptive mechanism. The family includes genes responsible for synthesis protective molecules such thioredoxins, SOD, sirtuins heat shock proteins (HSP). Indeed, HSP70, HSP90 HSP32 (heme oxygenase) among important elements system network. However, by time writing no comprehensive review roles effects HSP biology appeared. Therefore, aim this critical analysis role specific emphasis their functions an essential part From recent data related physiology adaptation it possible conclude that: a) vitagenes main driving force cell/body conditions. decreases while expression usually significantly increased; b) chaperones proteostasis involved protein quality control prevent misfolding facilitate degradation, making sure optimal structure biological activities; c) there tissue-specific differences which also depends strength stress-factors heat, heavy metals, mycotoxins other toxicants; d) shown be stress, toxicity well oxidative-stress production; e) molecular mechanisms participation acquisition thermotolerance need further detailed investigation; f) complex interactions inside network ensure effective maintenance homeostasis many cases nutritional antioxidants (vitamin E, ascorbic acid, selenium) feed can decrease result could decreased well; g) regulating phytochemicals h) immunity await practical applications i) means additional upregulation physiological commercial consequences j) emerging management.
