摘要: A 75-year-old man, with a previous history of myocardial infarction and three-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting, presented an acute anterior ST-elevation infarction. The vein graft to the left descending was occluded heavy thrombus burden, other grafts were patent. After administering bolus dose tirofiban then undergoing percutaneous intervention without stenting saphenous graft, intracoronary thrombolytic infusion performed maintain patency graft. patient asymptomatic after medical follow-up. This may be effective treatment option in patients large burden requires further investigation through large-scale trials.
