摘要: This study examined the relationship of challenge-related stress and hindrance- related with motivation, work satisfaction burnout among health care professionals in Canada (N=84) Middle East (N=245). A model was proposed where two cultural dimensions (Individualism Uncertainty Avoidance) social support were as moderators. structured questionnaire used to collect data from Canadian working hospitals Montreal their Arab counterparts three Eastern countries (Egypt, Jordan United Emirates). Standardized scales proven psychometric properties for all variables study. To analyze data, Pearson correlation moderated multiple regression used. Challenge hindrance both significantly positively sample. Some differential effects found terms between types motivation. The moderator generally supported by data. Relationships compared samples. Potential implications directions future research highlighted.
