摘要: A set of experiments has been performed in an industrial 112 m(3) fermentor order to get a complete map oxygen concentration and temperature distribution the system. Five fermentations non-Newtonian broths two different strains, various operating conditions, were examined. simple model developed which takes into account both mixing mass-transfer properties fermentor, dimensionless parameter identified is sufficient characterize axial reactor any condition.
