摘要: This experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of naked neck (Na) and frizzle (F) genes on eggshell ultrastructure at different intervals incubation period. 81 samples (9 samples/ genotypes/ studied intervals) were taken before period, 12 days period after hatching. Before present results showed that presence Na or F in a single manner significantly increased palisade layer compared normally feathered genotype. The had effected used calcium from mammillary during embryonic development . It is well known local strains enjoined with higher percentage fertility. Introducing did not depress this Moreover, under high ambient temperature, frizzled genotypes recorded fertility than for one. On other hand, it noticed that, gene decreased hatchability percentage; may be attributed positive increasing length ultrastructure. decreasing associ ated major cause impeded spread using commercial strains. In order solve problem avoiding disadvantage naked- gene, could beneficial insert strain select length.
