摘要: Compositions are disclosed as nucleic acid sequences that may be used amplification oligomers, including primers, capture probes for sample preparation, and detection specific Candida albicans 26S rRNA or DNA encoding rRNA. Methods detecting the presence of C. in samples by using compositions methods include vitro a sequence to produce detectable product.
