摘要: Glycyrrhetinic acid exhibits many pharmacological activities, including the ability to block gap junctional communication. However, mechanism of glycyrrhetinic action is not clear. Others have shown that apparently binds a single proteinatious binding site in plasma membrane. We present evidence while exposure derivatives may affect protein synthesis or location, it does seem alter connexon particle packing junction plaques.
