摘要: Abstract Proteinopathies, associated with the development of dementia, are characterized by both systemic inflammation and neuroinflammation. This sustained/unresolved immune response involves a large number inflammatory mediators that ultimately may be responsible for neuronal deficits underlie cognitive dysfunction. Our research others have demonstrated elevated levels diacylglycerols in brain plasma patients proteinopathies. We conclude these metabolic products phospholipases C D lipid biomarkers unresolved pathology. Since serve structural signal transduction roles, elevations normally tightly regulated lipids contribute to dysfunction
