摘要: Abstract Operational stabilities of high-efficiency green and red electrophosphorescent bottom-emission devices with various emitting dopants have been studied. lifetimes 10,000 h or more, operated at an initial brightness 600 300 cd/m2 for red, respectively, are reported. top-emission built on barrier-coated plastic substrates also studied show >5000 >2000 h, under display level conditions.
