摘要: An increase in population, rapid urbanization and industrialization has accelerated the rate of municipal solid waste generation. The current disposal is a burgeoning issue it's immediate need to shift existing processes sustainable manner. Circular economy (CE) conceptual model which been used for better use resources minimization closed loop approach could be appropriate management. In this context, present review illustrates effective biodegradable non-biodegradable fraction integrated refinery platforms recovery bioenergy production value added products. treated by advanced biological with simultaneous such as biohydrogen, biomethane, bioelectricity, etc., other products like butanol, ethanol, methanol etc. scheme approach, generated from operation internal combustion engines energy further processing waste. construction pavement processes. Overall study emphasizes paradigm management concepts linear circular following "Zero Waste" concept. also explains policies practiced that stimulates country identify pathways maximize local resources. addition addresses information communication technologies unfold issues challenges faced smart governance managing using "Internet Things" (IoT) one great precursors technological development lead innovations
