摘要: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infects almost 150 million people and is a leading cause of liver disease worldwide. It has been classified into seven genotypes; the most common genotype affecting Indian population 3 (60-70%). Currently there no vaccine for any HCV. In order to develop peptide based against HCV, it important identify conservancy in circulating genotypes, along with Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA) alleles target population. The present study aims conserved CD4 CD8 T cells B cell epitopes HCV-genotype-3a using an silico analysis. study, 28 promiscuous some were identified. NS4 region was predicted be antigenic maximum number having strong intermediate affinity towards HLA prevalent Additionally, linear also identified, which could generate neutralizing antibodies. ascertain binding pattern identified alleles, molecular docking analysis carried out. authors suggest further experimental validation investigate immunogenicity epitopes.
