摘要: Abstract A study of the structure jogs on superdislocations in alloys with long-range order leads to a theory explaining increase rate work-hardening which takes place when an alloy is ordered. The predicts strength largely independent domain size, contrast previous theories and agreement experiment. does not, however, give any insight into change slip accompanies ordering. tentative comparison observations stress-strain curves ordered shows that proposed mechanism can account for large part strengthening.
