摘要: The Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction is a chemical which exhibits both temporal and spatial oscillations. essentially the oxidation of malonic acid, for example, by bromate in presence cerium catalyst. oscillations spatial, travelling concentration waves fact, are accompanied dramatic colour changes. Its importance as simple (compared with enzymatic oscillating systems) practical example may mirror more complicated biological oscillators. A kinetic model, based on detailed kinetics, has been suggested Field Noyes, 1974a , 1974b to explain model described detail here. For results non-linear pair partial differential equations this paper mainly about. It shown that wave solutions, correspond moving bands reaction, system exist various relevant properties them obtained. With parameter values obtained from experiment, numerical given solutions. speed function parameters wide range experimentally also given. compared experiment reasonable agreement found.
