摘要: Abstract Recently, reducing noble metals in electric devices has been identified as a key factor to lower product cost. Among these, metal coated particles are considered an alternative with the potential dramatically reduce usage of metals. A dense coating over all surfaces is desirable for maintaining properties metal. However, our previous research showed that onto which nanoparticles were attached non-uniform because evaporation raw materials. Therefore, this study, we improved coverage ratio silver nickel using thermal plasma processing followed by ball mill pre-treatment. Silver and mixed mill, then injected into jet. The subsequently surface through processing, after melted produce spherical particles. cross section as-prepared shell core, while sintered body net-like covering cores. These findings suggest attachment on could lead complete coatings limiting formation nanoparticles.
