摘要: ABSTRACT Background  Duty hour restrictions for resident physicians have led to radical changes in graduate medical education, including a shift more night float rotations. These rotations been viewed by residents as predominantly service focused with little opportunity formalized education. Objective  To develop and deliver resident-driven, nocturnal curriculum enhance the educational content value of Methods  The Hospital University Pennsylvania is 695-bed, tertiary care academic center.
