摘要: In this article, the effect of Title VII 1964 Civil Rights Act on convergence black–white earnings gap and income dynamics is studied through dynamic panel Tobit models implemented using simulation estimators. It found that declined moderately after implementation in 1965. Based studies wage trajectories, it also positive impact especially significant for group middle-aged highly educated workers. Moreover, rich structure process identified from Current Population Survey-Social Security Administration data set. shown various sources are dominated by spurious state dependence both blacks whites.
