摘要: Abstract This chapter's purpose is to advance leadership research in the healthcare field particular and organizational studies more broadly. Based on a review of 60 empirical papers, we conclude that positively significantly associated with individual work satisfaction, turnover, performance. Despite these important results, however, argue researchers are missing opportunities develop general theory health sector, for example, by (a) examining role professionals as leaders (b) developing understanding gender leadership. Nonetheless, also not likely until address barriers collaborative, multidisciplinary conceptual models makes it neither heroic nor impotent.
