摘要: The flow injection amperometric performance of solid composite graphite electrodes with ethylene/propylene/diene (EPD) or Teflon as binding agents, and Ru RuO2 particles electrocatalytic modifiers has been compared. Both, modified exhibited properties on the methionine oxidation process in alkaline media. composition hydrodynamic chemical variables were optimized. Graphite–EPD (GEPD) showed a better analytical than graphite–Teflon (GPTFE) electrodes. Furthermore, sensitivity, repeatability reproducibility was observed for RuO2–GEPD when compared Ru–GEPD At an applied potential +0.50 V, detection limit 4.8×10–5 mol L–1, similar to those reported literature other RuO2-modified electrodes, obtained. applicability demonstrated by determining complex pharmaceutical formulation.
