摘要: The problem of a magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer flow an upper-convected Maxwell (UCM) fluid is considered for the analytical solution using homotopy analysis method (HAM). non-linear partial differential equations are transformed to ordinary equation first taking approximations into account and then similarity transformations. presented in form infinite series. recurrence formulae finding coefficients convergence established. effects Deborah number MHD parameter discussed on velocity profiles skin friction coefficients. It found that results excellent agreement with existing literature case hydrodynamic flow.
