摘要: Published studies in the Hamakoussou reservoir sandstones are very few and characterization of quality including diagenesis is unknown. In this paper, after lithological reports, classical petrographic techniques have been used to study sandstones: Diagenetic processes within around detrital grains show that early cementation by calcite come from volcanic veins late originating silicification. phenomena (early cementation, compaction, fracturation cementation) these a low porosity due blockage intergranular pore spaces cement. Intense activity associated with circulation fluids (silica calcite) as well dissolution along contacts quartz principal sources cements which responsible for decrease observed sandstones. The immediate consequence sudden drying up boreholes drilled water supply.
