摘要: Abstract The efficacy of intravenous flecainide acetate (maximum 2 mg/kg or 150 mg given at a rate 15 mg/min) was assessed in patients with acute supraventricular, tachycardia (SVT) (within 24 hours). Fifty were studied, 46 spontaneous SVT and 4 induced at. electrophysiologic assessment. Conversion to sinus rhythm achieved within 45 minutes 76 %: 25 atria[ fibrillation (76% conversion), atrioventricular (AV) nodal AV reentrant (100% conversion) 10 atrial flutter (40% conversion). Adverse effects noted 21 (42%): paresthesia 9, drowsiness 8, nausea 2, accelerated ventricular 5, 1, bradycardia 1 hypotension 5. associated larger dosage tachycardia. Thus, is effective converting tachycardias, but not
