摘要: Infectious agents and their products are usually antigenic for higher organisms, inducing an immune response in the immunologically competent cells. Consequently, reactivity of infected organism to infectious agent is altered, i.e., using term first introduced by von Pirquet, becomes allergic. The altered host manifested protective functional immunity same agent, i.e. non-susceptibility invasive or pathogenic effects a foreign toxic effect substance [103]. In this way protected against virtue reactivity. concept allergy context, however, should not be restricted heightened reactivity, antigen resistance subsequent infections. There number clinical manifestations known which all have been supposed allergic background. demonstrable experimentally its artificial introduction microorganism product. This utilized intracutaneous tests performed detection infectedness occasionally also diagnostic purposes. Vaccines with active effect, containing microbial antigens may evoke reactions part subjects.
