摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for preparing 3-aminopropane phosphoric acid represented by the formula (I), comprising steps of (a) reacting 3-amino-1-propanoi with phosphorus oxychloride at low temperature, and (b) hydrolyzing product step in presence an acidic catalyst, cosmetic composition containing 3-aminopropanic or its salts as active ingredient. ##STR1##
