摘要: To assess CT texture based quantitative imaging biomarkers in the prediction of progression free survival (PFS) and overall (OS) patients with clear cell renal carcinoma undergoing treatment Sunitinib. In this retrospective study, measurable lesions 40 were selected on RECIST criteria standard contrast enhanced before 2 months after Texture analysis was performed using TexRAD research software (TexRAD Ltd, Cambridge, UK). Using a Cox regression model, correlation parameters measured time to assessed. Evaluation combined International Metastatic Renal-Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium Model (IMDC) score also performed. Size normalized deviation (nSD) alone at baseline follow-up predictor OS (Hazard ratio (HR) = 0.01 0.02; 95% confidence intervals (CI): 0.00 – 0.29 0.39; p = 0.01 0.01). Entropy following entropy change both significant predictors (HR = 2.68 87.77; CI = 1.14 6.29 1.26 6115.69; p = 0.02 p = 0.04). nSD PFS (HR = 0.01 0.01: CI: 0.31 0.001 0.22; p = 0.003). When or IMDC, it improved association compared IMDC alone. from scans is correlated treated
