摘要: The frequency of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) has been studied in the sera and renal biopsies 276 patients with various forms glomerulonephritis (GN), nephrotic syndrome other nephropathies. Using a modified Hepanosticon method, HBs antigenemia was detected 32 196 (16.3%) immune complex (IC) GN syndrome. Indirect immunofluorescence revealed HBsAg 33 biopsy tissue specimens (16.8%). found four 80 remaining diseases (5%), tissues another (5%). Antibody against could only be demonstrated serum one glomerulonephritic patient. 18,799 normal blood donors were used as controls; these 186 (0.99%) had positive tests for HBsAg. It is concluded that, some syndrome, HBsAg-containing IC may implicated development and/or progression disease.
