摘要: Some companies improve their production performance using manufacturing or operations models. In the last decade these models have come to be known as “X” systems (XPS), company-specific systems. XPS been oriented mainly implement lean and continuous improvement principles, but shown little progress in terms of sustainability principles. The emergence databases (DBs), big data, business intelligence (BI) enabled creation system panels measure manage processes. These also allow assessment implementation methods, tools XPS. effectiveness requires sufficient IT infrastructure an acceptable quality key indicator (KPI) XPSs often lack consistent data. other cases, does not cover needs personnel managing operations, which limits XPSs. This paper documents positive experience one company jointly auditing improving data infrastructure, better aligned its with objectives. It explores, empirical case study where researchers were actively involved, possibility complementing KPI panel principles sustainability, quality, infrastructure. describes development testing tool based on those offers a number results that may benefit similar small- medium-sized (SMEs).
