摘要: Dr. Wigner, Members of the American Physical Society and other Societies associated with Institute Physics, Guests: In case British organizations such as Royal Association, it is quite customary for president to deliver an address a general, nontechnical character. On hand, in at least Society, purely technical paper much more common. It seems me, however, that meeting where several hundred papers appear on program, one may appropriately find place.
