摘要: We have previously reported that an ABA triblock copolymer with poly(ethylene oxide) as the B block and a thermo-/photoresponsive random of 4-phenylazophenyl methacrylate (AzoMA) N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAm) (P(AzoMA-r-NIPAm)) A exhibited reversible photoinduced sol–gel transition in hydrophobic ionic liquid. Such transitions can be used to realize photohealable ion gels. This study contributes deeper physicochemical understanding observed gel, showing glassy state P(AzoMA-r-NIPAm) domains is responsible for long relaxation times. Importantly, controlled photoisomerization azobenzene moieties allows glass temperature varied by choosing irradiation conditions.
