摘要: The number of expeditioners and independent adventure travelers to remote physically demanding areas is increasing. Recent evidence suggests that trauma accidents (resulting mainly from road traffic drowning) are the primary cause mortality in rather than infectious diseases.1,2 risks potential hazards faced on an expedition likely be different those encountered by other travelers.
