摘要: Switzerland, as many developed countries, face a double problem for the next round of international negotiations on climate change. On one hand, short term economic strategies would favor implementation global carbon market that minimize abatement costs globally. other purchasing emissions certificates from developing countries does not prepare major technological and social changes will certainly be required before end century to avoid In this paper we use coupled top-down bottom-up model assess impacts number ambitious policies in Switzerland.
