摘要: Determination of train speeds on railway lines is an important task for both operators and researchers working in the area noise vibration assessment. The objective this paper to present a new technique capable automatically calculating speed from sensors placed at distance track structure. calculation method combines three separate techniques provide high precision estimates arbitrary speeds. first estimation involves use cepstral analysis isolate key harmonics with calculation. second similar however combination running root mean square previously developed “dominant frequency method” are used. third uses analytical prediction model regression calculate speed. All methods combined into one procedure, resulting accuracy capability. To show robustness ability wide range speeds, it used predict intercity rail passage velocities generated validated numerical model. More importantly, during field trials performed operational Belgium. shown have offer performance several types setups.
