摘要: In this investigation, fluidized bed crystallization (FBC) is utilized to treat phosphorus wastewater that produced by the manufacture of thin film transistor-liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD). TFT-LCD contains 500 ± 10 ppm phosphorus. The pH and molar ratio Fe/P for removing was initially examined performing a jar-test. parameters FBC – effluent pHe, upflow velocity (m h−1) were tested recover from as ferrous phosphate pellets, characterized using an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM), silica sand used seed material. experimental results revealed control pHe essential parameter in maximizing phosphorous removal (PR%) (CR%). At 5–6, supersaturation precipitation conditioning 1.5 rate adjusted within range 30.56–68.76 m h−1 metastable zone at cross-section loading 0.72 kg per P h m2, leading (PR) 95% (CR) 63%. Under optimal hydraulic conditions, treatment real process viable converting pollutant into crystals with high-purity phase vivianite (Fe3(PO4)2·8H2O).
