摘要: NO2− ion was shown to be oxidized NO3− with or without O2 under illumination in aqueous suspension of some semiconductor powders. Photoactive substances were Ag2O, PbO, TiO2(anatase), Si, ZnO, SnO2, CdS, and Bi2O3. The reaction proceeded band gap semiconductors.
