摘要: In this article, we have reevaluated the role of noradrenergic dysfunction in pathogenesis schizophrenia light today's neuroscience and clinical data. Neurophysiological, psychophysiological, psychopharmacological, biochemical findings that accumulated last decades indicate certain dysfunctions play important roles disorder. Moreover, these provide us with consistent evidence for existence two syndromes generated by either overactivity or underactivity central noradrenaline (NA) system. The former appears to correspond type I syndrome (positive symptoms) latter II (negative symptoms). We conclude involvement brain NA cerebral metabolism blood flow as well amine's development neuronal differentiation may mechanisms underlying disease process schizophrenia. Development chemical agents acting specifically on be a promising approach novel treatments
