摘要: We conducted a case-control study in Chinese population, and assessed whether the VEGF -634G/C, +936C/T, +1612G/A polymorphisms could affect risk of osteosarcoma its association with environmental factors. A total 180 consecutive patients 360 controls were included our study. The genotypes determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay. Conditional logistic regression analyses showed that subjects carrying GG genotype G allele -634G/C significantly associated increased compared to those CC genotype; ORs (95%CIs) 2.28 (1.31-3.96) 1.51 (1.16-1.97) for allele, respectively. found was either gender younger age family history cancer. In summary, this gene an osteosarcoma.
