摘要: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus continues to be a significant problem for pork producers. The aim of this body work was help stakeholders control prevention infection with virus. A literature review currently available diagnostic tests guidelines their interpretation serves as resource producers, practitioners, researchers. research focus evaluate two novel methods develop improved modified live vaccines. efficacy viral chimeras constructed from commercially vaccine virulent wild-type isolate the ability attenuate isolates unique cell passage process are reported. Both techniques proved capable developing potential candidates.
