摘要: Health care infrastructure constitutes a major component of the structural quality health system. Infrastructural deficiencies services are reported in literature and research. A number instruments exist for assessment infrastructure. However, no easy-to-use to assess facility developing countries available. Present tools not applicable rapid by staff. Therefore, information systems lack data on tool primary facilities was developed authors pilot-tested Tanzania. The measures all infrastructural components comprehensively with high standardization. Ratings use 2-1-0 scheme which is frequently used Tanzanian services. indicators indices obtained from serve reporting tracing interventions.
